Rich Lesperance is a startup CMO and technical marketer who usually gets called in when a company is investing in high growth and needs to build out its marketing team. He formerly served as CMO at leading online clothing retailer Swap.com, and as head of Digital Marketing and CRM for GrubHub – where he launched loyalty gamification programs and pioneered the use of weather data to build algorithms to predict customer demand. He also held positions at Walgreens, Circuit City and Dell. Rich earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

She has completed projects for non-profits, small business and global companies including: Experian, Nielsen, Office Max, Time Warner Cable, and Columbia College Chicago.
