Dave is a leader who brings together curiosity with drive to make the world a better place. Dave’s background has some interesting twists. He combines his undergraduate degree in Psychology with a Masters of Divinity and over two decades of leadership experience in both the for-profit and non-profit space.
Dave leads the Client Services team at Brandtrust, a research and strategy firm that helps clients develop brand, consumer, CX and innovation strategies across a wide range of industries. Since joining Brandtrust, Dave has worked on projects for clients in a variety of industries including health care & pharmaceuticals, financial services, consumer packaged goods, B2B/Service, technology and more. Dave leads Brandtrust consultants team, ensuring clients receive the rigorous thinking and strategy they deserve to drive results.
When not working, Dave volunteers with International Justice Mission, where he produces their annual conference. He and his wife, Ann, have two children, Joshua and Abigail. He loves the diversity they benefit from living in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, where Dave resides.

Allie Pace is constantly curious, which serves her well as Director of Client Experience for ADP. Paying 1 in 6 Americans, ADP is a prolific SaaS brand with meaningful implications for the intersection of humanity and work.
In this role, Allie seeks to dig deep into the client experience through ethnography research, behavioral science, and prototyping – ultimately delivering transformative client-centric insight for a book of business worth over $1.5B.
Prior to ADP, Allie led a successful career as a consultant for Brandtrust, a unique research and strategy firm in Chicago that utilizes social science & psychology to evolve Fortune 500 brands in a human-centered and authentic way.
Allie graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Human Evolutionary Biology with Honors on the Mind, Brain, and Behavior track. The synergy of these subjects has enabled Allie to work in and lead various research labs and consumer neuroscience firms.
When not at work, Allie can be found reading up on behavioral science, attempting to write like Jack Kerouac, or running triathlons primarily for the post-race beer. If you have an hour or more to spare, ask her about her past life as a pole vaulter!

James Hornick is a Partner at Hirewell, where he has specialized in the recruitment of marketing and technology professionals since 2005. He created Hirewell’s Digital Experience & Marketing recruiting practice while also leading the firm’s internal digital marketing and business development initiatives. Previously, Mr. Hornick worked in enterprise technology sales with Akamai Technologies and WorldCom (RIP) and obtained a B.S. in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University in 2000. He believes in building lasting relationships through honesty and transparency, as well as telling jokes, which sometimes end up being funny. Amy has spent nearly 20 years building integrated communications plans for multiple organizations, including hotels, destinations, cruise lines and more.
She currently serves as communications director for the world-renowned Museum of Science and Industry, one of the largest science museums in the world. Since joining MSI, Amy has launched initiatives to bring STEM experiences to youth and multi-cultural audiences. When she’s not leading a team of multi-disciplined professionals, Amy finds time to peruse travel blogs, listen to hardcore rap (on headphones) and frown at that text her husband just sent.
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and lives in the suburbs with said husband and two children.
