A résumé writer generally works for job candidates and recruiters work for the employer. The nature of these relationships sometimes lends its way to different approaches for a successful job search.

Resume writer Dawn Rasmussen and recruiter Elizabeth Balder will discuss and debate their different views on résumé strategies and answer audience questions.
