Creating safety, security, creativity and balance are all inside jobs. In this session, we will challenge current ways of being, question limiting assumptions, and most importantly slow down.

This session is designed for anyone who wants to take a deep dive into the territory where the greatest opportunities exist for us in our growth as leaders: our inner terrain.

Come prepared to discuss any challenges you experience and support you need. Pre-work will be assigned, and there will be time for 1:1 spot coaching. Volunteering for coaching ahead of time is strongly encouraged.
