Andrew Zrike leads innovation at Constellation Brands where he is responsible for driving the innovation agenda for the company and leading the team that is responsible for ideating, developing, and commercializing innovation platforms that extend Constellation’s portfolio into new consumer focused beverage experiences.
With over 20 years of marketing, innovation and general management, Andrew has a wealth of experience building brands, launching new products, executing across channels, and leading high performing teams. Prior to CBI, Andrew was at PE owned Performance Health where he was head of brand marketing and responsible for rapidly growing a portfolio of sports performance and active. Prior to Performance Health, he worked in the Gatorade Business Unit at Pepsico, where he was responsible for developing the brand’s global growth strategy, integrated marketing, and innovation platforms with a focus on growing the business in Asia and Latin America. Prior to Pepsico, he worked in innovation and brand management at MillerCoors. Andrew began his career working in advertising at Ogilvy and Digitas. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College. He is married with 3 boys (a 5 year old and twin 4 year olds) and lives in Winnetka, Illinois. In his spare time he enjoys travel, live music, and cheering on the sport teams from his native Boston.

Passionate about growing brands, leading teams, global travel, food & beverage, biking and water sports. Currently reside in the South Loop neighborhood of Chicago with my wife and two daughters.

Katie Survance leads the Emerging Opportunities & Innovation Insights team at Constellation Brands. She’s a passionate storyteller who’s always asking “what if?” She enjoys urban gardening, therapy on the Peloton, messy art projects and hanging out with her husband, two kids and goldendoodle.
