As Director of Content Strategy for Influencer Marketing platform Tagger Media, Kelsey develops and releases actionable thought leadership content that helps advance the social media marketing industry in an accessible way. Kelsey has been featured in publications like Business Insider, Glamour, Refinery29, and is also an experienced public speaker & educator, tapped to speak at top marketing events like Hubspot’s Inbound conference.

Lorren Thomas | Specialist, Social Business & Influencer Marketing, Southwest Airlines

Lorren Thomas likes to think of herself as a “Social Business Strategist” and “Influencer Marketing Maven”. She is a part of the Social Business team at Southwest Airlines, a strategy team that defines best practices, governance, and emerging trends in the social media space. In this role Lorren’s main responsibilities include managing the Southwest Airlines influencer strategy and programs. She also manages a group of avid flyers and Southwest enthusiasts who are active members of our online community known as the Southwest Community Champions. Before working at Southwest Airlines, Lorren held many roles from Director of Communications for an energy startup to Account Manager at Public Relations agency Fleishman Hillard. Lorren has provided communications and influencer support for Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T and Chase Bank. Over the course of her career, Ms. Thomas gained experience in traditional media relations, social media strategy, influencer marketing, and content creation. Ms. Thomas graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Texas A&M University Commerce with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She currently serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Committee Chair for the Influencer Marketing Association. In her free time she loves to try new recipes, read new books, and of course, travel.

Amisha Gandhi | SVP, Marketing at Tipalti

Amisha Gandhi is SVP, Marketing at Tipalti. Previously, she created the Global Influencer Marketing program at SAP and took it from pilot to a full scale marketing function across the company. She has experience running cross functional teams including demand-gen, product and regional field marketing (NA, EMEA, APJ), events, advertising/brand and corporate communications. Amisha has worked in marketing and communications roles in Silicon Valley for the past 15 years with startups and notable brands such as Citysearch.com (USA Networks), HP, Google, Accenture, Merrill Lynch, VISA and Time-Warner.
