Based in Chicago, the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (or AEMO) is responsible for stewarding the US Army brand, one of the oldest and most iconic brands in the world, while also supporting the recruiting effort. The Army needs to recruit around 110,000 to 120,000 people each year across both active and reserve components. I have the privilege to lead a team of 65 extraordinary marketing and business management professionals with support from a talented agency team of more than 300. We manage a $377 million annual marketing budget.
