Being the leader, he also has been responsible for recruiting executives for Fintech, Security, Martech, and Web 3 Blockchain Gaming industries. Mike’s recruiting focus has been primarily in Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Management, and SaaS sales roles. Currently Mike is the Principal Consultant @ re-Factor a boutique staffing firm focused primarily on early-stage tech startups. Chief Marketing Officer at U.S. Army

Alex Fink currently serves as the US Army’s Chief Marketing Officer and is the architect of the recent “Be All You Can Be” brand launch. He built the Army’s marketing team from the ground up during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alex leads a 300+ team of marketing and business management professionals and manages a $400 million annual budget. Under his leadership, the Army developed a new marketing strategy, introduced world-class data infrastructure, launched new creative campaigns, and developed an innovation process to ensure the Army is always on the leading edge of marketing. In less than three years, his team reduced the marketing cost per sale from $32,000 to $12,000 and improved marketing attribution from 0% to nearly 40% of total sales (i.e. enlisted contracts). Alex’s exceptional achievements both in the private sector and the Army caught the attention of the Secretary of the Army, who personally selected him to become the first Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing. The prestigious appointment brought him back to active duty in 2019 and resulted in his promotion to Major General. Effective July 2023, Alex will transition out of the military and is seeking a broad senior executive role in the private sector.
