Terry B. McDougall is an Executive & Leadership Coach who helps overachieving marketers become happier and more effective at work. Prior to starting her coaching practice Terry was a marketing leader for 21 years at BMO Harris Bank and Wells Fargo. She is the author of an upcoming book titled “Winning the Game of Work: The Unwritten Rules to Achieving Career Success & Happiness.” Terry has a BA in Economics from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She resides in suburban Chicago.
Mark Shevitz
Executive Vice President, Brand Strategy, CBD Marketing

Mark Shevitz is Executive Vice President, Brand Strategy, at CBD Marketing. His presentations draw upon his experience completing employment branding assignments for Aflac, OfficeMax, Pfizer, Allstate, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Adventist Health Systems, Sears and dozens of other companies. Mark leverages strategic brand communications disciplines to create impactful messaging to recruit and retain top talent across a variety of skill sets. Mark helped found Career Builder’s employment branding practice in 2008 and he and CBD Marketing continue to partner with the company on employment branding projects.
