With 20+ years of experience in marketing and community engagement, he holds roles within Erie’s Senior Leadership Team and its Black Employee Resource Group. Erie Family Health Centers is a $100M-nonprofit serving 85,000+ patients. He’s led marketing efforts at City Year Chicago, UIC, and North Park University. Kevin's areas of expertise are brand strategy, organizational strategy, and organizational culture and leadership with the nonprofit, healthcare, and education sectors.

He has also served on the boards of the AMA Chicago, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., kNEWjoy, Black Public Relations Society, and the Lupus Foundation of America - Chicago, emphasizing his commitment to professional excellence and community service. Kevin is a past AMA Chicago board member. Kevin earned his master's of strategic management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a bachelor's degree in marketing from Colorado State University, and an Executive Scholar Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
