Prior to starting her coaching practice Terry was a marketing leader for 21 years at BMO Harris Bank and Wells Fargo. She is the author of an upcoming book titled “Winning the Game of Work: The Unwritten Rules to Achieving Career Success & Happiness.” Terry has a BA in Economics from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She resides in suburban Chicago.

Mark leverages strategic brand communications disciplines to create impactful messaging to recruit and retain top talent across a variety of skill sets. Mark helped found Career Builder’s employment branding practice in 2008 and he and CBD Marketing continue to partner with the company on employment branding projects.
