    Sheila’s career as a non-profit executive has spanned secondary education, health care and museums. She has served 17 of the last 25+ years in the cultural sector with a strong focus on relationship building across audiences and she is passionate about community impact and the potential for our cultural institutions to reach even more people and expand their value in our world.

    Sheraun Britton-Parris serves as Chief Marketing Officer at VisionLabs B.V., a Computer Vision and Machine Learning company specializing in biometric and digital identity technology. There she is developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to accelerate growth globally. As a global leader with more than 20 years of experience conceiving, creating, and launching growth strategies for both emerging and established “A list” brands across diverse industries, Sheraun has a keen understanding of how well-designed customer experiences drive competitive advantage, brand affinity and profitable growth. She is a strategic thinker who embodies a clear demonstration of executive leadership, a contemporary understanding of best practices in modern marketing and employs challenger thinking to expose the weakness of category norms. Sheraun thrives in opportunities to do meaningful, purpose-driven work that allows her to “do good, while driving growth.” Previously, she served as Head of Portfolio Marketing and Market and Competitive Intelligence at SITA, a technology company in the air travel industry, where she focused on the digitization of customer experiences in airports and on airlines around the world. Before that she was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Thanks Again LLC, a founder-led venture in the travel loyalty space. There she overhauled the digital experience as well as member and partner engagement across the network. Upon relocating to Atlanta in 2006, she leveraged her marketing expertise in the financial services arena. Her early marketing career began at L’Oreal and Unilever, launching products and brand-building for the Maybelline/Garnier and Lipton Tea franchises, respectively. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Hampton University and her M.B.A from The Simon Business School at The University of Rochester, where she was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM) Fellow. Sheraun “pays it forward” by being an enthusiastic mentor to emerging women leaders. In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, spending time with family and friends; and traveling the world with her husband and daughter.

Kim has been named a “Woman to Watch” by Ad Age, Crain’s Chicago Business, Consumer Goods & Technology, and Diversity Journal magazines and recognized by Advertising Women of New York for “Changing the Game.” A passionate advocate for mentoring women, and of the American Heart Association, she is The Network of Executive Women national board nominating team leader, and serves on the Chicago Go Red for Women campaign executive team, where she was Chair twice. She is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
