Born and raised in Chicago, Argelia is dedicated to creating positive spaces for Latine culture to thrive. By night, she aspires to be the Frida Kahlo of mixology — Argelia founded Vida Mia Cocktails in 2018 to celebrate the diverse culinary traditions of Mexico through beverage-led experiences.

As a brand builder, connector, and revenue driver, Jeff’s purpose is to scale digital solutions that improve quality of life for marginalized and underserved groups. He believes the world’s most complex problems can be solved via innovation that is driven by diversity of thought, openness to change, and the ability to explore new possibilities without limits. Eventnoire is an event planning software that facilitates online event registration, venue selection, event management, mobile and email marketing. Jeff has built a community around Eventnoire by hosting hundreds of events for Black professionals in over five markets in the U.S.

Shana Sumers is the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Communities and HubSpot User Groups at HubSpot. Shana launched HubSpot’s first exclusive community for Black professionals, Black@INBOUND. Building this space from a twitter hashtag by a HubSpot super fan, to a year round digital space that focuses on professional development. Previously, Shana was the Head of Community at the HER App, where she launched the app’s first community for LGBTQ+ folks, growing from 8 to 28 micro communities. Shana has spoken at multiple conferences, on podcasts and taught workshops around launching communities, DEI&B, leadership, networking and more. Shana has been recognized for her work from CMX, Community Club, App Growth Summit and multiple other platforms. When Shana isn’t building communities, she is an avid women’s sports fan (soccer and basketball specifically), a Goldmember of the Beyhive and you’ll typically find her on her podcast, Bad Queers.
