Guests will be checked in at the entrance to the ballroom. Checkin requires your name.

Parking

Park in East Garage and drive to opposite side of the garage until you see Door 12. Enter through Door 12, and walk to the left to the AON Grand Ballroom.

Ask your driver to take you to ENTRANCE 2 in the drop-off area.

Public Transit

CTA provides multiple bus routes to Navy Pier. Please note that the Navy Pier bus terminal is approximately .5 mile from the AON Grand Ballroom, a 10-minute walk.
