    Mike is a 25+ year veteran of the Chicago advertising community and Founder of Silver Age Marketing. With experience that spans from intern to executive, in agencies big and small, he is an expert in marketing strategy and agency management. Mike has been fortunate to have worked on many of the world’s leading CPG, BtoB, and healthcare brands. He excels at building high-caliber teams to produce impactful work and sustainable business results. Mike’s newest venture, Silver Age Marketing, is focused on helping organizations engage our aging population to enhance their health and well-being. Mike is a passionate health and wellness advocate – personally and professionally. When not working with organizations to realize their vision, he can usually be found outdoors, spending time with his wife and two children, renovating a house, and coaching youth sports.

    President and CEO Melinda (Holm) Peterson, upon graduating from the University of Virginia in 1986, moved to New York to pursue a career in Advertising. New York provided her with four years of advertising experience, a wealth of knowledge and a desire for something more down to earth – just like Melinda herself. When a direct response agency came calling in 1990 with a chance to relocate, the Windy City became her surrogate home. Today, with thirty years of experience in Chicago, Melinda has worked on the agency side and in the recruiting world. As Vice President and Sales Manager at another Chicago-based advertising recruitment firm, she established her profession by attaining top billings for four consecutive years. Melinda leveraged this experience to open Melinda Holm & Associates, one of Chicago’s top marketing and advertising-focused executive recruitment firms, in 1999. Specialties: Melinda Holm & Associates is a staffing consultancy that employs a personalized and proactive methodology in the management of executive recruitment and career lifestyles in the marketing and advertising communities.
